• KSHITI Ayurveda offers healthcare services including Doctor Consultation (Online, Offline, Chat, Audio, and Video), Ayurvedic treatments and procedures, and the supply of Ayurveda medicines.
• The Platform enables users to connect with qualified Ayurveda practitioners for health guidance, consultation, and treatments.
• All consultations, whether online or offline, aim to offer guidance as per Ayurveda principles. Final treatment plans are subject to the supervising doctor’s clinical judgment.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to access or register for consultations and related health services.
• Users agree to provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and health-related information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information at our sole discretion.
• Users must promptly update their account information if there are changes.

3. Practitioner Responsibilities

• All practitioners associated with KSHITI Ayurveda possess appropriate credentials and are verified in accordance with relevant laws.
• Practitioners are solely responsible for the advice, recommendations, diagnosis, and treatment provided to users.
• Practitioners are expected to comply with all applicable professional and legal standards.

4. Payments & Fees

• KSHITI Ayurveda provides both paid and, where applicable, free consultation and health services.
• Charges for services (including consultations, treatments, and medicine) will be clearly communicated before booking or purchase.
• Payments must be made through the Platform’s designated payment methods.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where services are not rendered or due to verifiable technical errors (determined solely by us).
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on services availed.

5. Limitation of Liability

• KSHITI Ayurveda and its practitioners are not liable for any decision or action taken solely based on information provided through the platform.
• Users assume complete responsibility for personal health decisions. The advice and content provided do not substitute for in-person professional medical diagnosis or treatment where required.
• KSHITI Ayurveda is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
