Right to Respect for Values and Beliefs Respect for your cultural, spiritual, and personal values aligned with Ayurvedic philosophy and wellness principles. We honor special preferences, cultural needs, and respond to requests for spiritual support during your treatment journey.

Right to Personal Dignity and Privacy Confidential and private consultations, treatments, and therapies with protection of personal boundaries during examinations, procedures, and all therapeutic interventions.

Right to Protection from Neglect and Abuse Safe environment free from physical, emotional, financial, or any form of abuse or neglect.

Right to Confidentiality All patient information, medical history, health records, and personal details are kept strictly confidential and protected under medical privacy laws and ethical standards.

Right to Refuse Treatment Freedom to decline any treatment, therapy, procedure, or herbal medication without prejudice to ongoing care or judgment.

Right to Seek Additional Opinions Access to seek second opinions from other qualified Vaidyas, Ayurvedic practitioners, or healthcare providers regarding your clinical care and treatment plan.

Right to Informed Consent Complete and clear information about:

  • Panchakarma treatments and their procedures
  • Herbal medicines and their potential effects
  • Therapies and wellness protocols
  • Expected outcomes and possible risks
  • Alternative treatment options Before proceeding with any treatment or invasive procedure.

Right to Voice Complaints Opportunity to lodge complaints, voice concerns, or raise grievances about the care or services received, with clear information on the complaint resolution process.

Right to Transparent Pricing Clear, itemized information about treatment costs, consultation fees, therapy charges, and all financial obligations before treatment begins.

Right to Access Medical Records Right to access, review, and receive copies of your clinical records, health history, treatment plans, and progress notes upon request.

Right to Provider Information Complete information about your treating Vaidya's qualifications, credentials, experience, treatment approach, and detailed care plan.

Right to Control Information Sharing Right to determine what health information is shared with family members, guardians, or other individuals involved in your care.


PATIENT AND FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respect for Facility and Other Patients Maintain respect for facility property, equipment, and other patients visiting the center. Handle all facilities with care and courtesy.

Respect for Healthcare Staff Treat Vaidyas, doctors, nurses, therapists, and all facility staff with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Adhere to facility rules, guidelines, and code of conduct.

Provide Accurate Personal Information Furnish complete and accurate personal information including full name, address, contact details, date of birth, and emergency contact information.

Disclose Detailed Medical History Provide comprehensive information about:

  • Current medications and supplements
  • Past treatments, surgeries, and procedures
  • Allergies and sensitivities
  • Chronic health conditions
  • Mental health history
  • Previous Ayurvedic treatments Any information that may affect your current care and treatment plan.

Keep Medical Records Accessible Maintain organized medical records, reports, and documents in a manner that is readily accessible to healthcare providers during consultations and treatments.

Follow Treatment Recommendations Strictly adhere to the Vaidya's recommended treatment plan, including:

  • Prescribed herbal medicines and their dosage
  • Dietary guidelines and food restrictions
  • Lifestyle modifications
  • Daily routines (dinacharya)
  • Seasonal practices (ritucharya)
  • Therapy schedules and frequency

Communicate Treatment Challenges Inform your Vaidya promptly if you are unable to follow prescribed recommendations, experience side effects, have doubts, or face difficulties in compliance with the treatment plan.

Monitor and Report Health Progress Keep track of developments, changes, and progress of your health condition, especially while undergoing treatment. Communicate any new symptoms, concerns, or improvements to your healthcare provider in a timely manner.

Maintain Appointment Punctuality Arrive on time for all scheduled consultations, treatments, and therapies. Notify the facility in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Fulfill Financial Obligations Understand and promptly settle all financial obligations for healthcare services provided, including consultation fees, treatment costs, and medication charges. Provide updated insurance information if applicable.

Take Responsibility for Lifestyle Choices Accept responsibility for your personal lifestyle decisions, dietary habits, exercise routines, and wellness choices. Understand that your lifestyle directly impacts the effectiveness of Ayurvedic treatment and your overall health outcomes.

Comply with Facility Policies Adhere to all facility policies including:

  • No Smoking Policy within facility premises
  • Visitor guidelines and visiting hours
  • Code of conduct and professional behavior
  • Hygiene and sanitation protocols

Respect Emergency and Urgent Cases Acknowledge and respect the facility's need to prioritize emergency cases and patients requiring urgent medical attention. Accept that your doctor may need to attend to critical cases first.

Accept Privacy and Confidentiality Measures Cooperate with and accept all measures implemented by the facility to ensure your personal privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of clinical records and health information.
