  • The delivery partner may contact you by phone; please ensure your mobile number is correct and active.

5.2 Proof of Delivery & Verification

  • Courier staff may require:
  • Signature on paper or digital device, and/or
  • One-Time Password (OTP) confirmation, and/or
  • Presentation of valid ID proof in certain cases (for specific products, high-value orders, or as per their policy).

5.3 Acceptable ID Proofs (India)

If required, acceptable ID proofs may include:

5.4 Undelivered / Missed Deliveries
