1.2 Nature of Ayurvedic Care
- Ayurvedic diagnosis, advice, and treatment are based on classical Ayurvedic texts, clinical experience, and traditional knowledge systems.
- Our doctors are qualified Ayurvedic practitioners and will use their professional judgment to recommend suitable therapies and medicines.
- Outcomes may vary from person to person; no guarantee of cure or particular result is made or implied.
1.3 Teleconsultation Specifics
- Online consultations (chat, audio, video) are intended to assist, guide, and follow up on your condition.
- In certain situations, the doctor may advise you to undergo an in-person physical examination, investigations, or referral to another specialist/center.
- Teleconsultation may have inherent limitations (e.g., no physical examination, technology issues); you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use teleconsultation accordingly.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be legally competent to enter into this Agreement under applicable laws of India.
- For minors (typically under 18 years), a parent or legal guardian must register and consult on their behalf.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal, medical, and contact information.
- Disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and previous investigations or diagnoses.
- Inform us promptly of any change in your contact or health details.
2.3 Responsible Use of Services
You agree that you will:
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful and non-abusive manner.
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the website, appointment system, communication channels, or any digital platform of KSHITI Ayurveda.
- Follow the treatment plan, dosage instructions, and follow-up schedule as advised by the doctor, or discuss changes with the doctor before altering therapy on your own.
2.4 Emergency & Life-Threatening Conditions
- Our services (online or offline) are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
- In case of acute or life-threatening conditions (such as severe chest pain, stroke, major injuries, difficulty in breathing, severe bleeding, etc.), you must immediately contact your local emergency services/hospital.
- KSHITI Ayurveda is not liable for any outcome arising from delay in seeking emergency care.
3. APPOINTMENTS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Booking & Confirmation
- Appointments for consultations and treatments can be booked via our website, phone, or other official channels of KSHITI Ayurveda.
- Appointment confirmation is subject to doctor availability and successful payment (where fees are applicable).
3.2 Consultation and Service Fees

- Cancellations/No-Show:
- If you do not attend the appointment (online or offline) at the scheduled time or cancel after the permissible window, the fee may be partially or fully non-refundable, as per our prevailing policy.
- Any applicable refund timelines and conditions will be as per our internal billing and payment policy, which may be updated from time to time.
- For technical issues during online consultation (e.g., connectivity failure), we may, at our discretion, offer a re-slot or partial adjustment as feasible.
3.4 Taxes and Charges
- All fees are subject to applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and statutory levies as per Government regulations.
4. AYURVEDA MEDICINES AND PRODUCTS
4.1 Prescription & Dispensing
- Ayurvedic medicines may be prescribed during consultation, in compliance with Indian laws and professional guidelines.
- Where medicines are provided by KSHITI Ayurveda or through associated pharmacies, this will be done as per applicable regulations, labeling requirements, and prescription norms.
4.2 Usage and Safety
- You agree to use medicines strictly as prescribed, in the recommended dose and duration.
- Inform the doctor of any side effects, new symptoms, or issues experienced after starting the medicines.
- Do not share prescribed medicines with others or self-modify dosage without doctor consultation.
4.3 Delivery and Third-Party Services
- If medicines are shipped or delivered to you (either directly by us or via partner pharmacies/logistics providers), delivery timelines and service quality may depend on third-party providers.
- KSHITI Ayurveda is not responsible for delays, damages in transit, or non-compliance by external vendors, though we will make reasonable efforts to support issue resolution.
5. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Professional Judgment
- Our Ayurvedic doctors exercise professional judgment based on the information you provide and available examination/diagnostic findings.
- You understand that Ayurveda is a distinct system of medicine, and results may vary for each individual.
5.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
- While we aim to provide the best possible care, no guarantee or warranty is given for specific outcomes, cure, or permanency of results.
- Chronic conditions or complex diseases may require prolonged treatment, combination therapies, or co-management with other medical systems.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- KSHITI Ayurveda, its doctors, staff, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the services.
