1. Scope & General Terms
1.1 Applicability
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, purchases, and orders made through www.kshitiayurveda.com and its subdomains, including but not limited to:
- Consultation bookings (online/offline)
- Treatment and procedure bookings
- Orders for Ayurveda medicines and wellness products
1.2 Discretion of KSHITI Ayurveda
All refunds, cancellations, rescheduling approvals, and related decisions are subject to the sole discretion of KSHITI Ayurveda, in line with the conditions stated in this policy and the Return Policy. Approval of one case does not set a precedent for future cases.
1.3 Processing Timelines
Where a refund is approved, it will be:
- Initiated typically within 1–5 business days (depending on the nature of the service/product).
- Reflected in your bank or payment provider account usually within 1–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
Payment gateway charges, administrative fees, shipping/handling costs, and any other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount, as detailed below.
2. Consultations, Treatments & Procedures
2.1 Appointment Cancellations (Online & Offline)
- Once a consultation (online/offline/chat/audio/video) is booked and confirmed, it is generally non‑cancellable by the patient.
- In exceptional circumstances, KSHITI Ayurveda may allow a cancellation and refund (full or partial) at its sole discretion.
Refund, where approved:
- May be subject to deduction of payment gateway or administrative charges.
- Will typically be initiated within 1–5 business days, and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
2.2 Rescheduling of Appointments
- Patients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel, wherever possible.
- Rescheduling requests must be made:
- At least 24 hours before the scheduled time for offline/clinic visits.
- At least 12 hours before the scheduled time for online (chat/audio/video) consultations, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
- Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability and clinic schedule.
If rescheduling is not possible due to lack of availability:
- KSHITI Ayurveda may, at its discretion, offer a refund or credit (to be used for future services), subject to applicable deductions and conditions.
2.3 No-Show and Late Arrival
- If the patient does not attend the consultation at the scheduled time (no-show) or is excessively late, the consultation may be considered availed.
- In such cases, the consultation fee may be forfeited and no refund is generally provided.
- Any exception, including partial rescheduling or credit, will be purely at the discretion of KSHITI Ayurveda.
3. Ayurveda Medicines & Product Orders
This section applies to orders for Ayurveda medicines, wellness products, and related items purchased via www.kshitiayurveda.com or its subdomains.
3.1 Order Cancellations (Medicines & Products)
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is generally non‑cancellable by the customer.

4. Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

4.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a physically damaged, defective, or tampered product, you may request:

4.2 Incorrect Item Received

- Repeated delivery attempts failed due to unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept the package without valid reason
then, at KSHITI Ayurveda’s discretion:
- Shipping and RTO charges may be deducted from any refund.
- If a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 4–7 business days from confirmation of the RTO status.
If the package is lost or undelivered due to logistics issues not attributable to the customer, KSHITI Ayurveda may offer either a replacement shipment or a refund, as appropriate and feasible.
6. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

- The consultation or treatment has already been successfully delivered or availed.
- The product was delivered correctly, in sealed, untampered condition, and matches the order.

- Medicines or health products that:
- Have been opened, used, or partially consumed, or
- Have their original seal, packaging, or labels removed or damaged (unless received in that condition and reported immediately as per timelines).
- The package was rejected at the time of delivery without a valid, documented reason.
- Requests for refunds or cancellations made beyond the specified reporting timelines (for damage, incorrect items, delivery issues, etc.).
- Certain products or services that are by nature non‑returnable or non‑refundable (e.g., personalized formulations, made‑to‑order preparations, specific packages or promotional offers), where this is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase/booking.
