1. Consultations, Treatments & Procedure Bookings

1.1 Appointment Cancellations (Online & Offline Consultations)

  • Once a consultation (online/offline/chat/audio/video) is booked and confirmed, it is generally non‑cancellable by the patient.
  • In exceptional cases, KSHITI Ayurveda may, at its sole discretion, allow a cancellation or refund (full or partial) based on the circumstances.
  • Where a refund is approved:
  • Payment gateway or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are typically initiated within 1–5 business days, and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

1.2 Rescheduling of Appointments

  • Patients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel, wherever possible.
  • Requests for rescheduling must be made:
  • At least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time for offline/clinic visits.
  • At least 12 hours before for online (chat/audio/video) consultations, unless otherwise specified at booking.
  • Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability and clinic schedule.
  • If rescheduling is not possible due to lack of availability, KSHITI Ayurveda may consider a refund or credit at its discretion.

1.3 No-Show and Late Arrival

  • If the patient does not attend the consultation at the scheduled time (no-show), or is excessively late:
  • The consultation fee may be forfeited, and no refund is generally provided.
  • Any exception will be purely at the discretion of KSHITI Ayurveda.

2. Ayurveda Medicines & Product Orders

This section applies to orders for Ayurveda medicines, wellness products, and related items purchased via www.kshitiayurveda.com or its subdomains.

2.1 Order Cancellations (Medicines & Products)

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is generally non‑cancellable by the customer.
  • In rare cases, if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, KSHITI Ayurveda may accept a cancellation request at its sole discretion.
  • If such a cancellation is approved:
  • Shipping/handling charges and payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are usually initiated within 1–3 business days, and may reflect in your account within 1–7 business days.

2.2 Price Changes After Order

  • If the price of a product or service changes after you have placed your order:
  • You may be informed of the change (if applicable to your order).
  • You may then:
  • Choose to proceed by paying the revised amount, or
  • Opt to cancel the order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded as per the above timelines.

3. Damaged or Defective Products (Ayurveda Medicines & Products)

If you receive a physically damaged, defective, or tampered product:

  • You may request either:
  • free replacement, or
  • full refund, subject to verification.
  • Important: You must report the damage or defect:
  • Within 2 hours of delivery for perishable/temperature-sensitive items (if any), and
  • Within 24 hours of delivery for all other products.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Email us at hi@kshitiayurveda.com or call +91 95978 51971.
  2. Provide:
  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of:
  • The damaged/defective product
  • The outer and inner packaging
  1. Our team will review the request and guide you on the next steps.

Where a return is approved:

  • In case of a refund, return shipping charges may be reimbursed (where applicable and reasonable), once we receive the product and proof of shipping cost, subject to prior approval.

4. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered):

  • KSHITI Ayurveda will:
  • Arrange delivery of the correct product, and
  • Arrange for pickup of the incorrect item, where logistics allow.
  • Alternatively, you may:
  • Choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund once the incorrect product is received back (if required) and verified.

You must notify us of any such issue within 24 hours of delivery via hi@kshitiayurveda.com or +91 95978 51971, with pictures and order details.

5. Delivery Issues (Medicines & Products)

In case of delayed, undelivered, or courier-related issues:

  • KSHITI Ayurveda will coordinate with the courier/logistics partner to resolve the issue.
  • If the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Invalid mobile number
  • Repeated delivery attempts failed due to recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the package without valid reason

then:

  • Shipping and RTO charges may be deducted from any refund, where applicable.
  • Refunds in such cases, if approved, are typically processed within 4–7 business days from confirmation.

6. No Returns or Refunds in the Following Cases

Returns or refunds will generally not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • The consultation or treatment has already been successfully delivered or availed.
  • The product was delivered correctly, in sealed, untampered condition, and matches the order.
  • The product or service is requested to be returned or refunded without a valid reason or without prior approval from KSHITI Ayurveda.
  • Medicines or health products that:
  • Have been opened, used, or partially consumed, or
  • Have their original seal, packaging, or labels removed or damaged (unless received in that condition and reported immediately).
  • The package was rejected at the time of delivery without a valid, documented reason.
  • Requests made beyond the specified reporting timelines (for damage, incorrect items, etc.).

Certain products or services may be non‑returnable or non‑refundable by nature (e.g., personalized formulations, made‑to‑order preparations, or specific packages). Such conditions, if any, will be mentioned at the time of purchase/booking.

7. Valid Return Procedure (For Damaged or Incorrect Products Only)

To ensure a smooth and valid return process for damaged or incorrect products:

  • Do not send products back without our confirmation.
  1. Describe the issue clearly
  • Share Order ID, detailed description of the problem, and relevant photos (product + packaging).
  1. Return window & condition
  2. Once your return is approved:
  • Dispatch the product within 7 working days of approval.
  • Ensure it is in its original packaging (as far as possible).
  • Include a copy of the invoice/bill inside the package.
  1. Shipping the return
  • Use a reliable courier service with tracking and proof of delivery.
  • Clearly label the package as:
  • “Defective/Incorrect Return – Not for Sale”
  • Retain the airway bill/tracking receipt and share tracking details with us by email or message.
  1. Inspection & refund processing
  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for the reported issue.
  • Upon successful verification, refunds are typically processed within 1–10 business days.
  • The mode of refund (bank transfer, original payment mode, wallet credit, etc.) will be communicated by our team.

8. Healthcare Services Disclaimer

  • KSHITI Ayurveda provides healthcare and wellness services, including Ayurveda consultations, treatments, and medications.
  • While we strive to ensure high standards of care, outcomes may vary from person to person due to individual health conditions, lifestyle, and other factors.
  • Fees charged for professional time, advice, and services are generally non‑refundable once the service is delivered.
  • This Return & Cancellation Policy covers operational aspects (bookings, payments, product deliveries) and does not constitute medical advice.

9. Policy Updates

KSHITI Ayurveda may update, modify, or revise this Return & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, operational, or business requirements.
