3. No Emergency or Urgent Care

The Platform and the services of KSHITI Ayurveda are not intended for medical emergencies or urgent care situations.

  • In case of medical emergencies, serious or life-threatening conditions (such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden loss of consciousness, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, major trauma, suicidal thoughts, etc.), you must immediately contact your local emergency number, visit the nearest hospital, or seek urgent medical attention.
  • KSHITI Ayurveda, its doctors, staff, or the Platform must not be treated as a replacement for emergency medical services, intensive care, or hospital-based acute management.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

All consultations, treatments, procedures, and medicines are recommended based on Ayurvedic assessment, your health history, and the information you share.

  • Results and outcomes vary from person to person depending on age, constitution (Prakriti), existing conditions, previous treatments, lifestyle, diet, compliance with advice, and many other factors.
  • No guarantee, warranty, or assurance is given regarding the curespecific outcome, or timeframe of any condition.
  • Any improvement or benefit mentioned (in consultations, on the website, in testimonials, marketing content, or otherwise) should be understood as illustrative and not a promise of similar results for every individual.

5. Accuracy and Completeness of Information

Information made available through the Platform (including articles, blogs, FAQs, videos, posts, or any educational or wellness content) is intended to:

  • Provide general health and wellness information from an Ayurvedic perspective.
  • Support users in understanding Ayurveda and healthy lifestyle practices.

This information:

  • Is not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, investigations, or individualized treatment planning by a registered healthcare professional.
  • May not always be complete, exhaustive, or fully up to date, especially as medical and scientific knowledge (including integrative medicine) evolves.

Users are encouraged to:

  • Verify information with qualified healthcare professionals, particularly for serious, chronic, or complex medical conditions.
  • Not disregard or delay seeking conventional medical advice because of something they have read, seen, or heard on this Platform.

6. Doctor-Patient Relationship

formal doctor-patient relationship with KSHITI Ayurveda and/or its practitioners is generally established only when:

  1. You have booked and completed a consultation (online or offline) with an authorized practitioner of KSHITI Ayurveda; and
  2. The practitioner has accepted you as a patient and initiated a treatment or care plan.

However:

  • Using the website, reading articles or content, filling forms, sending general queries, or browsing the Platform by itself does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
  • Third-party content, general wellness tips, and automated messages are not to be treated as personalized medical advice.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the services of KSHITI Ayurveda (online or offline), you agree and confirm that:

  1. You will provide complete and accurate information about your health, including:
  • Current and past medical conditions
  • Ongoing medications (Ayurvedic, Allopathic, Homeopathic, or any other)
  • Allergies, previous surgeries, hospitalizations
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or possibility of pregnancy
  • Any other relevant health details
  1. You will promptly inform your treating practitioner about:
  • Any side effects, new symptoms, or worsening of existing symptoms
  • Any emergency or serious health event (for which you will also seek immediate emergency care)
  1. You understand that self-medication, altering dose, or discontinuing prescribed medicines (Ayurvedic or otherwise) without consulting a qualified professional may be harmful.
  2. You accept that the final choice to follow or not follow the advised treatment plan, therapies, dietary and lifestyle changes lies with you, and you assume responsibility for that choice.

8. Integrative and Conventional Medical Care

Ayurveda can often be used:

  • As a primary system of care for certain conditions.
  • As a complementary or supportive system along with conventional (Allopathic) medicine.

You are strongly advised to:

  • Continue life-saving or essential conventional treatments (such as for diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disease, epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, etc.) unless expressly changed or stopped by your treating conventional physician.
  • Inform all healthcare providers (Ayurveda and conventional) about all medicines and therapies you are using, to minimize risk of interactions, duplications, or contraindications.

KSHITI Ayurveda and its practitioners:

  • Do not advise stopping or altering life-saving or critical conventional medicines without proper medical supervision.
  • Encourage coordinated, integrative care wherever possible.

9. Risks, Side Effects, and Contraindications

While Ayurveda is traditionally considered safe when practiced properly:

  • Ayurveda medicines and procedures can have side effects, interactions, or contraindications, especially when:
  • Used improperly or in wrong dosage
  • Combined with other medications without professional guidance
  • Used in individuals with specific medical conditions, pregnancy, or advanced age

You are advised to:

  • Use medicines only as prescribed by a qualified practitioner.
  • Immediately report any unusual reaction, discomfort, or adverse effect to your practitioner and seek appropriate medical help.

KSHITI Ayurveda and its practitioners will:

  • Take reasonable care in prescribing and advising treatments.
  • Not be liable for misuse, overuse, underuse, or use against advice, including use of medicines or treatments obtained from other sources but assumed to be equivalent.

10. Third-Party Practitioners, Products, and Links (If Applicable)

If at any point KSHITI Ayurveda:

  • Lists or refers you to independent practitioners or service providers; or
  • Mentions, displays, or sells third-party products; or
  • Provides links to external websites or resources,

you acknowledge that:

  • These third parties are independent and not employees or agents of KSHITI Ayurveda, unless explicitly stated.
  • KSHITI Ayurveda does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or effectiveness of third-party services, products, information, or websites.
  • You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any such third-party service or product for your own use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • KSHITI Ayurveda, its doctors, consultants, employees, staff, agents, and associated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of:
  • Use or inability to use the Platform or services
  • Reliance on information provided via the Platform
  • Any decision made or action taken (or not taken) based on advice received
  • Delay in response or communication issues (including technical failures)
  • This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of health, data, goodwill, profits, or other intangible losses, even if KSHITI Ayurveda has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with any part of the services or the Platform is to stop using the services and the Platform.

12. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

KSHITI Ayurveda, its practitioners, and users are expected to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in India, including those relating to the practice of Ayurveda, telemedicine, healthcare advertising, medicines, and consumer protection.
  • Respect data protection and privacy norms, subject to applicable laws and the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to this Disclaimer

KSHITI Ayurveda reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this disclaimer at any time, without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective upon posting on www.kshitiayurveda.com or related communication.
  • Your continued use of the Platform and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised disclaimer.

You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed about the applicable terms.
